MP Psych Care welcomes referrals from healthcare providers seeking outpatient psychiatric services for their patients. Care is delivered through a structured, patient-centered approach with an emphasis on clinical appropriateness, continuity, and collaboration.

Psychiatric Evaluations
Medication Management
Psychotherapy (when clinically appropriate)
Lifestyle and Wellness Support
Appropriate Referrals
Referrals are appropriate for patients who:
Require outpatient psychiatric evaluation or ongoing medication management
Are stable or appropriate for telehealth-based care
Are seeking diagnostic clarification or treatment optimization
Are able to participate in scheduled virtual appointments
Services Not Provided
MP Psych Care does not provide:
Emergency or crisis intervention services
Inpatient psychiatric care
Same-day or urgent evaluations
Patients requiring immediate or higher levels of care should be directed to emergency services or appropriate facilities
Referral Process
Step 1: Submit Referral
Complete the secure provider referral form using the link below.
Step 2: Clinical Review
All referrals are reviewed to determine appropriateness for outpatient services.
Step 3: Patient Contact and Scheduling
If appropriate, the patient will be contacted directly to proceed with consultation and scheduling
